Topic: American Diplomacy in History ~Meaning of Trump Diplomacy~

Lecturer:Dr. Fumiko Nishizaki…Faculty of Arts and Sciences, University of Tokyo,

 The 1st lecturer was Dr. Fumiko Nishizaki, a commentator of CBC Sunday TV program "Sunday Morning". Topic was American Diplomacy in History ~Meaning of Trump Diplomacy~. This program has started from last year. It was a great success this year. Information room 1 was filled with 56 students.
 The lecture was about "exceptionalism" and its introspection. She used case of Vietnam war and speech from President Obama. She summarized by mentioning the future trend of the current trump regime.
 Two 1st grade students asked questions such as "Is military power is a reason of President Trump's confident behavior?" "How do they manage claim of Caucasian supremacy?". Dr. Nishizaki respectfully answered to each question and the session became very dense.
