What is earthquake disaster reconstruction?

This class is usually held in seminar method in the university but this time, it is provided in lecture form for general high school students.
20 students participated from our school. They attended the lecture with enthusiasm.
Topic of the lecture was " Earchquake Disaster Reconstruction". Students compared political documents from three great earthquakes such as Great Kanto Earthquake, the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and the East Japan Great Earthquake. Then lecturere introduced students reports of "All God's Children Can Dance" Haruki Murakami and "Recovery (Disaster)" then they discussed over these materials.
After the lecture, students mentioned that "If the opportunities are given, we would like to do research on victims' mental damage difference on the process of recovery after disaster and after war."
