　The 2nd major theme lecture was held on October 29th (Wednesday).
　The entire school student population of approximately 1080 participated, and listened to the lecture on the theme of "Learning based on a global perspective" by Mr. Brian Mahoney, a lecturer from Suzuka International University as well as a part-time lecturer at the Mie University International Exchange Center.
　It was a lecture in English on World Heritage sites and environmental problems. He also shared his own experiences and students were captivated by his vivid stories.
