Proposal to global issue from Yokkaichi, Mie-prof.
Most important key words of this lecture was "Environmental problem can be solved only when compound of awareness of three aspects of science and technology and legal system are improved.
Participants learnt history and current environmental issue of Yokkaichi in Yokkaichi Pollution and Environmental Museum for Future Awareness.
After that, they visited museum and learnt historical background and processes of pollution trials and later process then had a lecture on constant monitoring of air pollution in Yokkaichi and the current situation and countermeasures of global warming.
Students discuss in groups on topics of "Forest destruction" "Climate change" "Air pollution" "Acid rain" "Desertification". They discussed on problem, cause, solution and then had presentation.

There are three patterns: visual dominance, auditory superiority, Sensory dominance.
Each pattern has different speaking and learning method. Students learnt which pattern they are through workshop.

Answer to multiple questions and check which pattern to be applied → it is important to collaborate with those have different values.

Imagine yourself in 15 years and ultimate future.

"Eison" there was such a person in the past!
Lecturer introduced a monk called "Eison" who worked hard for development of Seidaiji temple in Nara during Kamakura period. Eison believed that " We can change the world by actively promoting true Buddhism" and spend his life to make people happy.
After this lecture, students made comments such as "importance of complete things once you started" and "learn from the past and think about now". Even Eison exist long ago, students felt sadness of Eison when he lost his mother in his childhood.
During question and answer session, student asked questions such as "what was imperial court doing when Eison worked so hard to save the world". It showed the students' enthusiasm.
At the end of session, student actively exchanged opinion through group work and concluded the day.

General disaster General medical support from outside
・Dr. Ninomiya introduced damage of Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake, Sumatra Offshore Earthquake and Tsunami.
・He also explained about disaster medical care from the view of disaster cycle.
・Dr. Ninomiya talked about the current state and prospect of disaster medical treatment in Japan and necessity of development of emergency disaster system.
・Regarding the issue of 650,000 Rohingya have been evacuating to Bangladesh, he talked about operation of refugee camps and improvement of poor water environment.
・At the end of his lecture, Dr. Ninomiya introduced his own thoughts and desire toward to medical support.
